It is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business area within BJSS.Delivery and ownership of high-quality business and software solutions, using your knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities, particularly Field Service AppEnsuring that the Power Platform solutions meet clients' requirementsStrong contribution to the wider Dynamics practice, defining training needs within the team and coaching/mentoring other team membersAbout YouWe'd love to hear from you if:You lead by example, on engagements and can present to stakeholdersYou have strong interpersonal skills and can listen to othersYou can take responsibility and have a mind-set for continuous improvementsYou can provide effective feedbackYou can mentor and guide team membersOverall, you will be ambitious, enthusiastic, and looking to help grow the Dynamics 365 team within BJSS.We are looking for someone with strong experience as a CRM consultant with large-scale complex implementation, extensive knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365.Understanding of Azure and cloud technologies, Field Service App and Power BIDeeper understanding of the Microsoft stack to create solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365) and working in Agile environmentsAble to translate business and customer needs into a great digital customer experienceUnderstanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms Accelerators, industry templates and add-onsMicrosoft Dynamics CRM certificationsExtensive experience and knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365Understanding of SDLC, Development Management, Data Migrations, Business Process Mapping, Modelling and DocumentationDeep knowledge and understanding of writing apps in Dynamics CE, CRM and Field ServiceSome of the PerksFlexible benefits allowance – you choose how to spend your allowance (additional pension contributions, healthcare, dental and more)Industry leading health and wellbeing plan - we partner with several wellbeing support functions to cater to each individual's need, including 24/7 GP services, mental health support, and otherLife Assurance (4 x annual salary)25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysHybrid working - Our roles are not fully remote as we take pride in the tight knit communities we have created at our local offices.
