Customer Service Scheduling Coordinator

Installation and Engineer Coordinator Location: Newbury, West Berkshire Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time We are currently seeking a Customer Service scheduling engineer, to join our Installation and Engineer team for our client in Newbury.
As an Installation and Engineer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of service calls and installations for our valued customers.
Mainly dealing with emails and written communication you will be responsible for scheduling and processing orders.
If you have previous experience with scheduling, engineers, installations, customer service, account management or project management you could be perfect for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Allocate incoming service calls to field service engineers, maximising productivity, and meeting customer SLAs.
Coordinate maintenance visits, optimising time windows and resources.
Review and adjust work progress throughout the day, prioritising high-priority calls while balancing lower priority tasks.
Efficiently plan engineer routes, minimising travel time and maximising job completion.
Make strategic decisions on work reassignments or sub-contractor deployment to meet objectives.
Provide first-line technical support to customers before logging service calls.
