HW Finance are working in retained partnership with a Leeds based Financial Services specialist who are recruiting for a Regulatory Reporting Specialist who will be working very closely with the Director of Finance.
This expansion of the finance team is down to the exciting phase of growth which has in turn led to an investment to offer effective technical support and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities: • Preparation of Regulatory Returns to allow the timely delivery of UK regulatory prudential reporting.
This includes oversight of capital adequacy requirements and obligations, and the submission of regulatory returns in accordance with FCA guidelines and deadlines.
• Ensuring accurate forecasting of compliance with all UK prudential requirements.
• Support in development of all ICARA documentation, including liaison with Senior stakeholders as required.
• Extend support to our international business units by participating in the preparation of international regulatory reports.
Ensure alignment with local regulatory authorities and meet deadlines for submission.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and legal, to gather necessary data and information for regulatory reporting purposes.
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office Person specification: • Relevant experience in FCA regulatory reporting within the financial services industry.
• Profound understanding of UK prudential regulations, reporting standards, and FCA guidelines.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Proven adaptability to changing regulatory environments and the ability to implement necessary reporting adjustments.
