Job summary The primarypurpose of the Executive Assistant role is to providehigh quality administrative and project relatedsupport to the CEO, Board and SMT.
Main duties of the job The ExecutiveAssistant will be expected to proactively and intuitively support the CEO, Board and SMT to enablethem to operatewith maximum efficiency and effectiveness in running the organisation.
They will support the team to ensureall are able to effectively deliver their responsibilities by having inplace the logistics and co-ordination they need.The role also includes project support across the organisation where deemedappropriate to meet the needs of theorganisation.
About us SSP Health is thelargest GP business in the North with over 400 staff, 100 doctors and practicesin over 45 locations.
We streamlinepractice management processes through our centralised support services toenable GPs, nurses and practice teams to focus on delivering the best qualityhealthcare for their patients how and when they want it.We are able tooffer unique and flexible services such as minor surgery and specialist clinicswhich offer convenient, closer to home and rapid access for patients, who wouldotherwise need to wait for a hospital appointment.

Job description Job responsibilities 1.Provide full executive support to the CEO, Board andSMT, including organizational change, diary management and all other logistical mattersare effectively coordinated and managed.
Anticipate their needs and take prompt action to fulfilcommitments.2.Support the development of key businessprocesses and projectsto ensure the smoothrunning of the organisation.
Liaising with all key staff members and teams asappropriate.3.
Draft and preparepresentations, letters, reportsas required.
Carry out relevantdesk research if required.4.Provide other administrative (including financial) and project management support, if needed.5.Monitor, maintain and update the relevant sectionsof the organisations website, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date and keeping in line with internalprocesses.6.
Effectively manage workload to ensure work is deliveredto agreed timelines and that plans are integrated with allstaff activities and goals.7.
Undertake all duties and responsibilities in compliance with the rules and regulations encompassing EqualOpportunities and Staff Rights and Responsibilities.8.
Any other duties as may reasonably be expected, and whichare commensurate with thelevel of the post.
