We have a new opportunity to join us at the Tote as Gaming Executive working within our marketing team.

At the Tote gaming is an integral part of providing our customers with the opportunity to play casino and games in addition to our racing products. As Gaming Executive you will play a key role to enable the Tote to drive performance and promotional content of our gaming product while ensuring our customers play responsibility whilst enjoying the experience.

We are looking for a self-starter with a basic knowledge and understanding of iGaming and digital advertising legislation and codes of practice within the gambling industry. Within the role you work to develop and implement the casino plan, using your industry expertise to support and shape our gaming performance to drive revenue and growth.

Our headquarters in Wigan is the main hub for our team of over 200 innovative and ambitious experts dedicated to delivering our vision of providing the best betting experience for racing fans. The role will be 37.5 hours per week and will be based from our Wigan HQ with approx. 2/3 days per week onsite. This role will also include covering working some Saturdays on a rota basis. A full induction, on the job training and development plan will be put in place for anyone who joins the team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the product delivery and gaming content releases to our customers and third-party suppliers in line with the marketing communications roadmap
- Execute comprehensive promotional launches such as Free Spins, Spin The Wheel, Tournaments and any other promotional mechanics for Games
- Lead the delivery of new and existing content within Games Lobby including the positioning of content based on performance and promotional objective
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure the delivery of the Gaming promotional roadmap and all promotions are consistent with the customer acquisition and retention objectives
- Ensure responsible gaming principles and regulatory compliance are engrained throughout all aspects of the online gaming operation
- Support in the relationship of all third-party suppliers within the online gaming vertical
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of new game concepts

**What you’ll need**:

- Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of iGaming
- Proven knowledge and understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice within the gambling industry
- Confident working with large data sets independently notably within Excel
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail whilst working under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
