Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic Speech and Language Therapist to clinically lead and develop Cumbria Childrens Speech and Language service.This high performing team work as part of an integrated Childrens Therapy Service alongside Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Audiology.
They work closely with colleagues across health, education and social care, delivering a responsive, effective and fast moving service.Due to the countywide nature of this post, there will be a requirement to travel around Cumbria to provide visible leadership and development.
You will work closely with operational managers in your role, providing clinical steer and insight to support operational and service decision making.Cumbria Childrens Speech and Language Therapy service is a friendly, supportive team staff committed to delivering excellent care .
We have a well developed supervision and peer support system in place, and the wellbeing of staff is very important to us .
