Key Account Manager

Job Description Who We Are: Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting our client Bender in the search for a Key Account Manager.
Bender is known for its commitment to innovation and safety in electrical systems, especially in a healthcare setting where electrical safety is critical to patient well-being.
The main purpose of this role will be to educate and inform customers who rely on electricity and place a high value on its continuing availability within the healthcare sector.
As a company, Bender has been at the forefront of electrical safety innovations for over 75 years and have gained have a strong reputation for high-quality products and solutions, as well as expertise in compliance with international electrical safety standards.
Experience within a sales background Is preferable, however consideration will be given to candidates that can demonstrate a strong electrical knowledge and demonstrate experience in manging electrical failures and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing healthcare customers.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Bender UK's service contracts.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Service Sales team.
Conduct regular customer visits and provide exceptional customer service.
