Job Overview

As a Sales Account Manager at Systems Engineering & Assessment (SEA), you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customer accounts within your territory. Your primary focus will be on developing, forecasting, and delivering a pipeline of orders through strategic account planning, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.

With a strong background in value-based solution-selling and effective negotiation techniques, you will be able to rapidly assimilate key product and solution attributes, establish market drivers, and understand customer buying vision. Your experience in managing accounts and developing business with local and national public bodies in the road and rail industries will be beneficial in this role.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Intelligent Transport Systems team to deliver programmes that improve road safety, reduce traffic congestion, and make transport more sustainable. You will also be part of a smaller company with 300 people in the UK and Canada, doing something bigger: protecting what matters.
