Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary requires an Acute Medicine Consultant to work in the following Locum role: Job Title: Consultant Acute Medicine Dates: Commencing 27 January 2025 until end March 2025 initially Rota: 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with on calls Location: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary.
Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary is a 344 bed state of the art hospital based in Dumfries.
It is the main hospital for the region providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient health services.
Our Acute Medical Unit has 10 assessment spaces and 33 pod spaces and 6 surge spaces which can mean around 50 + patients can be in the department.
We have a mix of FY1's, Middle grades and consultants on the shop floor daily and our shifts include: and .
