This role as an Application Support Specialist requires a dedicated professional to join a committed technology team for a 12 Month FTC within the non-profit sector.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the Aareon QL system.
This role is to cover an employee on Maternity - will a start date in January.

Description Supporting and maintaining the Aareon QL system across the organisation.
Working collaboratively with the technology team to enhance system capabilities.
Providing training and support to users of the Aareon QL system.
Diagnosing and resolving any system issues swiftly and effectively.
Conducting regular system tests and upgrades.
Ensuring data integrity and security within the Aareon QL system.
Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Contributing to the overall strategic technology vision of the organisation.
Profile A successful Application Support Specialist should have: A strong understanding of the Aareon QL system.
Experience in a similar role, preferably within the Housing sector.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide training and support to users.
A commitment to maintaining data integrity and security.
Job Offer A competitive salary £42,000 per annum.
