Job Description About us: Andras Hotels is Northern Ireland's largest hotel group with nine hotels in Belfast, Coleraine and Portrush, two apartment complexes, a Café Bar and a Health Club and Spa.

About the role You will develop and implement marketing plans for a number of properties in the group, including new projects for which you will be responsible for the opening marketing strategy and events.
The role involves generating marketing strategies and campaigns across the customer journey, bringing in all aspects of social media, digital marketing as well as traditional media.
You will work closely with sales and revenue management colleagues to achieve the hotel budgets and you will attend sales meetings to present plans and results.
Salary: Subject to experience / negotiable About you... You will be a driven, confident and professional individual with a strong understanding of marketing concepts and expertise in social media digital marketing.
You will have a strong commercial focus, with the ability to work to targets.
You will enjoy working with a team and contributing positively to it, but also can work on own initiative.  Verbal and written communication is key working in this role.
