**What is the Job?**

Reporting to the company director this position will require creating design solutions that have a high visual impact and are in line with company branding. The role involves working closely with other members of the Marketing Department, listening to your internal clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Designs are required for the all hotels in the Andras Hotel Group and activities such as advertising, e-shots, brochures, mailshots, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, manuals, labels, web graphics, GIFs, videos, infographics and corporate communications. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

**About The Role**

**Your day to day**
- Create graphics, video and animations for use on websites and social media to engage and grow our social presence
- Capture images / video at special hotel events and edit these for online promotional purposes
- Create E-Newsletter templates and web landing pages which will appeal to and inform users and encourage bookings and purchases
- Work with Sales & Marketing team to update website content and imagery
- Create print-ready promotional graphics and flyers for special events and offers
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute creative ideas and skills to a content planner and social media plan
- Creation of display and affiliate banners for digital marketing channels
- Contribute to the SEO strategy and optimisation of websites in organic search
- Liaise with the Sales & Marketing team to update the Group’s profile and images on external websites
- Collaborate on new and creative ideas to use images, animation, video, websites and social media to grow the business

**Required Criteria**
- Third level qualification in graphic design, multimedia design or related discipline
- Previous work based experience
- Strong graphic creation, image editing and video editing skills
- Skills in website content management and updating images and text
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and on various projects
