Job description Connect to your Industry We are currently looking for a Senior Assistant to join our HR Services team at Deloitte.
The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming queries through phone, email, and webchat, as well as performing administrative tasks related to business requirements.

Connect to your opportunity Partner Support Services and Partner Helpdesk are specialist teams within our HR Services function.
Our responsibilities include coverage of a range of services for our partners covering the helpdesk and administration processes.
Your role will involve supporting Partners and the business with activities such as Onboarding, Leavers and everything in between.
The customer is at the heart of everything we do with us aiming to support them with queries, life events and regulatory requirements.
We support strategic initiatives through reporting and collaboration with other areas of the business as well as a strong approach to CSI and improving the effectiveness of how we work.
The Partner community are an integral, high profile customer group and require a bespoke, specialised service which require us to go above and beyond and to be prepared for a variety of queries, challenges and opportunities.

Confident in supporting our customer base through a multi-channel functionality - you can trust that no two days will ever be the same as you support and add value to our very busy team by: Support the Assistant Managers and PSSS team with Partner queries and escalations, seeking to understand root cause.
Work with stakeholders to proactively implement solutions, enhancements and escalating where appropriate Drive and support CSI initiatives and ensure participation in strategic pillar workshops and other HRS networking Prioritise team wellbeing and growth by championing the right behaviors and ways of working Connect to your skills and professional experience You're a natural at being a trusted advisor and you display some core leadership skills.
