What You'll Bring as a Residential Support Worker: Previous experience in care is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided .

A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum age of 22 , due to role requirements.
A full UK manual driving license (essential).
