What are we looking for?
Hold the professional relationship with the Responsible Probation Officer (RO) to support Service Users (SU) through one-to-one and group interventions Conduct an initial assessment with all referred Service Users to assess the appropriate level of support required for their personal wellbeing journey Prepare & agree individual action plans, following initial assessment, and regularly review progress with the SU Deliver in a variety of venues including Ingeus community venues, probation offices across the Region To be successful you will require; Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people; utilizing strong interpersonal skills supporting individuals with ever-changing complex needs.
Evidence of Case Management (i.e dealing with multiple people, having difficult conversations, providing tailored solutions relating to people with 'lived experience.
