Your new company I am working with a leading residential property development organisation that is well known for high-quality new-build homes across the UK. This company aims to deliver over 15,000 new homes each year and is committed to providing the highest standard of design and construction.Your new role Provide support and assistance to senior management and subordinates on SHE issues.Have an accurate understanding of the Group SHE policy and Management System.Attend pre-commencement meetings as requested to proactively contribute to the initial decisions made by the Contract Team.Provide assistance to the Division's Technical Department in the evaluation of pre-commencement risks and appropriate discharge of the requirements of the Construction Design & Management Regulations.Review in conjunction with the Contracts Manager, the content and detail of the Construction Phase Safety, Health & Environment Plan, Traffic Management Plan and Fire Plan.Carry out regular monitoring visits to developments and provide advice and guidance on the application of standards.
