About you:   We’re looking for someone with strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be confident presenting to all levels, including C-suite, and comfortable leading teams to deliver commercial outcomes. You understand how to manage and grow pipeline, use data to find new opportunities, and have a knack for solving problems and improving customer adoption. You’ll be proactive, collaborative, and focused on delivering value to our customers. Day-to-day, you will:  • Collaborate with leadership teams and Board Members across Access, attending regular meetings and leading commercial initiatives that support adoption and strategic goals • Own commercial targets and drive opportunities that support both Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)• Launch, manage and report on adoption-focused projects that boost divisional performance • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to develop and deliver impactful programmes • Present confidently to internal and external stakeholders, including large groups in person and online • Communicate clearly and persuasively, whether briefing internal teams, reporting on progress, or engaging with customers • Meet regularly with customers both digitally and face-to-face, identifying improvements in adoption reporting and driving stronger outcomes • Provide accurate forecasts (within a 5% tolerance) and clearly communicate data requirements to wider data teams to support commercial goals   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Driving sales and marketing initiatives that support both NRR and GRR • Understanding and leveraging adoption reporting to support engagement and growth • Communicating customer needs clearly and translating them into software and service solutions • Building strong relationships and resolving issues with confidence and diplomacy • Drafting clear, effective agreements for customers and internal teams • Staying up to date with SaaS, cloud technologies, and data retention requirements • Working well under pressure with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail • Analysing large data sets and using tools like Microsoft Excel • A full UK driving license What are we all about?
