As a Demand Generation Manager in the Access Learning marketing team, you will spearhead key initiatives to drive demand for our digital learning solutions. Collaborating with marketing, GTM teams, propositions, and sales, you'll work closely with the Divisional Marketing Director to ensure the success of our demand generation efforts.
Develop and optimize always-on tactics to maintain a steady flow of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with content teams, media partners, and stakeholders to create, execute, and measure effective demand generation strategies.
Utilize marketing automation tools and data analysis to track performance, optimize campaigns, and support account-based marketing initiatives.
Extensive experience in marketing, including strategic planning and execution, with a solid understanding of media content and its role throughout the customer lifecycle.
