Role DescriptionIn this role, you’ll be a key member of Park Lane Projects’ core team, offering valuable insights to both clients and leadership. Your deep understanding of the industry and the project landscape will allow you to deliver strategic recommendations that drive project success. You’ll ensure that all communications, both personal and team-wide, align with the Park Lane values and identity, fostering consistency and professionalism in communication across all project phases.As an experienced Project Manager, your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our future achievements. This position offers ample opportunities for personal development and professional advancement.ResponsibilitiesManaging all project phases including pre-construction, project development, bid/award, and project close-out for all assigned projectsCollaborating with clients to establish a project scope and visionOversee permit submission and design evaluationsMonitor, plan, and manage project schedules, budgets & weekly meetingsCollaborate with consultants and construction team to ensure project feasibilityPrepare regular internal and external reports pertaining to job statusNegotiate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractorsResolve complex planning, design and construction project-related issues, disputes and disagreementsManage/train Junior Project Manager/Project CoordinatorRequirementsBachelors Degree in a related disciplineMinimum 5+ years construction management experienceExperience managing multiple projectsAbility to read construction drawingsUnderstanding of risk management policies and proceduresExperience managing budgets & schedules for large construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipmentAbility to take personal responsibility in dealing with clients and others while striving to exceed their expectationsComputer skills: proficient with Microsoft OfficeOur Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes:Health, Rx, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plans401(k) Retirement PlanCell Phone ReimbursementCommuter ReimbursementProfessional Development SupportGenerous Vacation, Paid Holidays, and Sick TimeCompetitive Compensation + Bonus Scheme
