Job title: Regional Manager – Property ManagementLocations: Central & SouthContract / Hours: Permanent position, 37 hours per weekPackage: Competitive salary, company car or car allowance with excellent Colleague benefitsAbout the roleChurchill Estates Management are recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee a team of Area Managers in and around Central and South of England.The Regional Manager will provide a first-class, cost-effective management service that exceeds the expectations of our customers, in a bid to fulfil the Landlord statutory obligations. You will also ensure that Customer satisfaction levels continue to rise, by being innovative and open-minded in relation to how the business delivers its service. Actively contributing to the improvement of processes and procedures in a modern business environment.As a member of the management team, you will be participating in the development of strategy and share responsibility for the effective functioning of the business in achieving its goals.We are looking for an inspiring leader to go above and beyond, in a bid to delight our customers. Whilst working within the parameters of the legislation that governs the industry. Vehemently demonstrating the company’s values.As a Regional Manager you will inspire, lead and manage a team of Area Managers, to deliver a high-quality Property Management service to our customers. You will lead by example and actively demonstrate the high level of service the team should be displaying towards their customers.This role is based from home, with extensive travel across the region. There will be occasions when visits to our Head Office will be required.The hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Fridays.About youOur Regional Manager will demonstrate proven working knowledge of property management and building structures, with clear experience of leasehold management and service charge budgeting.
