We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by driving HR initiatives and supporting business performance across the organisation.What You will Be DoingSupporting the delivery of the HR strategy aligned to business goals.Leading on sometimes complex operational HR issues and cases and employee relations within your region.Driving continuous improvement in HR systems, policies, and practices.Coaching and guiding managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.Leading and contributing to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.Collaborating with teams across recruitment, payroll, and other HR functions.What We are Looking ForWe are after someone who brings both strategic insight and hands-on HR expertise. You’ll be confident influencing and developing stakeholder relationships, solving problems, and driving change.
