Curious about what this role entails Lets take a look:Partner with regional leaders to shape and implement effective people strategies.Provide guidance on workforce planning talent management and succession planning.Support performance management processes and employee development.Manage employee relations in line with UK employment law.Champion our company culture and drive employee engagement.Oversee HR operations policies and ensure compliance with UK regulations and GDPR.Collaborate on recruitment efforts and enhance employer branding.Lead change initiatives and foster adaptability across teams.Thats about it In future more exciting responsibilities might add in case you are ready and willing to take them. Your profile We want to make sure you feel happy in your position therefore it would be great if you have the following personal background:Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Administration or related field.1015 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP and HR Operations.Strong knowledge of UK labor laws and employment practices.Proven stakeholder management across countries or business units.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.English C1C2; other European languages are a plus.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and data-driven mindset.High integrity confidentiality and strong change leadership skills.Why us Join a dynamic and collaborative HR team that operates at both regional and global levels.
