Your new company My client are a leading global investment management firm, trusted by clients across retail and institutional markets. They manage a diverse range of assets with a strong international presence and a focus on helping clients achieve long‑term financial goals. Due to parental leave, we are recruiting for the job of Marketing Automation Manager to join the team on a 6 month contract, working hybrid from their offices in Henley. This role is inside IR35. Your new role As Marketing Automation Manager, you will focus on designing and deploying automated nurture programmes in Marketing Cloud (Pardot), ensuring seamless integration across digital channels, and continuously optimising performance through data‑driven insights. Collaboration across EMEA and North America will be key, alongside championing innovation and best practice to deliver impactful client journeys and measurable business results. You will build, test and deploy targeted, personalised and scalable nurture programmes to educate, inspire and support the organisation's B2B clients and improve their digital experience and buying journey. You will use a test-and-learn approach and lead-scoring models to create automations that support the campaign teams and deliver great digital experiences. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience with Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and demonstrate familiarity with building segmented distribution lists and targeted campaign workflows. You will demonstrate knowledge of best practice in email creation, and a knowledge of HTML email creation would be a bonus. You will have strong stakeholder and project management skills, able to collaborate with marketing and non-technical colleagues across the business. You will also need to be available for a January start, and have the ability to work from offices in Henley on a hybrid basis. What you'll get in return You will receive a daily rate of between £210-£250 per day on a PAYE/Umbrella rate as the role falls inside IR35. You will work for an interesting, global brand in asset management, liaising across the EMEA business during a time of exciting change and investment in MarTech.
