We’re looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Analyst to shape and elevate our presence across all major platforms — from Facebook and Instagram to TikTok — engaging both our audiences and ultimately driving sales.As our in-house social media subject matter expert, you’ll play a key role in developing strategies, leading execution, and driving insights that fuel growth, engagement, and brand strength across Europe and the UK.What You’ll Be Doing:Develop and manage the social media strategy across multiple European markets.Oversee performance across all channels, using data to drive follower growth, engagement, acquisition, and retention.Define and enhance store-level social media strategies — setting guidelines, auditing performance, and coaching local teams.Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams to brief and tailor assets for each channel and market.Deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting and a test-and-learn approach to optimise performance.Stay ahead of trends in social media, industry shifts, and emerging technologies to keep the retailer at the forefront of digital innovation.What Success Looks Like:Strong, consistent growth in followers and engagement across all channels.Social KPIs consistently achieved and exceeded through data-led decision-making.A motivated, high-performing team driving collaboration and innovation.Seamless alignment with wider marketing campaigns and brand objectives.Who You Are:A strategic thinker with deep expertise in social media analytics, trends, and performance metrics.A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.A proven manager who loves coaching and encouraging the team.Both analytical and creative, passionate about storytelling, insights, and community building.
