This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, well respected and successful consumer PR firm with a fantastic reputation. The aim of your role is to actively manage the tactical implementation of the agency’s clients (PR and social) to meet clients’ needsand KPI’s and work towards long-term client retention and productivity. Strong Senior Account Executives will also be considered.

**Your role will involve**:

- Ensuring the effective, productive servicing of existing clients with the aim of maintaining a long-term relationship
- Managing individual accounts to ensure that deadlines and KPI’s are met and clients are satisfied
- Involving senior management in account handling where appropriate and flagging potential issues in advance
- Providing media relations advice and broader marketing communications consultancy to all clients, where appropriate
- Providing social media implementation including writing and executing plans ensuring high-quality content and engagement is achieved
- Contributing creative ideas for client’s social media channels
- Reviewing social media campaigns based on analytics and recommending change where necessary
- Fostering and maintaining a high level of team morale and commitment to clients and the business
- Contributing to the preparation and presentation process towards the winning of new client business and actively looking for new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Working within target hours to ensure that accounts are not over serviced and prioritising workload and deadlines
- Presenting the professional face of the business to the broader PR and industries
- PR agency background with experience of handling consumer clients
- Strong ability in all practical PR skills
- Consumer media relations experience
- Social media skills
- Ability to develop an understanding of market trends and issues that affect both client’s business and agency’s business
