While there will be involvement in overseeing delivery, this role is primarily focused on business growth, pitching, relationship building, and expanding existing accounts.You’ll be the strategic partner clients rely on, the storyteller who brings ideas to life, and the leader who champions excellence across every brief.Key ResponsibilitiesLead new business strategy, including proactive outreach, pitch development, proposals, and high-impact presentations.Grow and nurture key client accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and extend services.Build trusted, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and brand teams.Oversee high-level delivery of experiential activations (global and UK), ensuring excellence while the wider team manages day-to-day execution.Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, production and leadership teams to develop standout concepts and commercially strong solutions.Act as a senior voice within the agency, guiding teams and championing innovation.Track revenue, forecast growth, and contribute to business planning.About YouAn experienced Account Director within experiential, events or brand experience.Proven ability to win pitches, drive new business, and grow accounts strategically.A confident communicator with exceptional presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.Deep understanding of experiential marketing and the end-to-end project lifecycle.Commercially minded, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into revenue.Collaborative, inspiring, and energised by a fast-paced creative environment.Passionate about creating experiences that brands and audiences never forget.Why Join?Work with an incredible global client base and deliver experiences across the world.Join an agency with an amazing culture, supportive leadership, and genuinely brilliant people.Hybrid working with a Manchester studio that buzzes with creativity.Huge room for growth and the chance to make a real impact on the agency’s future.
