A team fundamental to the continued growth of Lumera by working at the heart of its core business.What You'll Be DoingEngage on client projects, working closely with clients to solve their complex data problems.Work on large database projects across a variety of memberships and schemes.Carry out bespoke data analysis, data mapping and migration, pensions calculation design, formatting and presentation of statistics and transforming results and observations into specific recommendations for clients.What You’ll Be GettingApart from a competitive salary and benefits package, we promise to provide you with plenty of opportunities to develop your career within your field.We are a fast-growing business with exciting plans in place for the next few years and beyond so if you want to join us on our journey then please get in touchTo Thrive In This Role, You Will Have2+ years of Analyst experience in a similar industry (financial services, banking, insurance, software).Experience in completing GMP Equalisation calculationsLogical thinker with a proven talent for analytical problem solving.Ability to provide concise results and conclusions from large datasets.Advanced pensions knowledge – legislation, terminology, calculations.Excellent knowledge of SQL.Excellent knowledge of VBA.An excellent level of MS Office skills, especially Excel.About LumeraLumera is dedicated to the digital transformation of the European Life and Pensions industry.
