This is a required part of your application.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a scalable global HR shared services operating model. Oversee the delivery of consistent, high-quality HR services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.Standardise, streamline, and automate HR processes across regions where possible. Lead the global implementation and optimisation of a case/ticketing management system.Partner with HR Centres of Expertise, IT, regional HR, and business leaders to ensure alignment and adoption.Establish service metrics, governance, and reporting to enable continuous improvement.
