The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive team culture, comprehensive training, and ongoing professional development, ensuring they have the tools to thrive and progress.This is a remote position for candidates based in the UK.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic relationships with new & existing clients to drive new business opportunitiesIdentify and prospect new clients from the education spaceManage the full sales cycle with prospective accountsDevelop and maintain strong sales pipeline of new business opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to build business strategiesMonitor, track, and report sales performance and KPIs through CRM toolsAssess client needs and deliver tailored packages that align with their goalsThe Successful Candidate2+ years sales cycle management experience – new business generation experience is essentialA background in sports tour sales, corporate day sales, events/conference sales, or selling experience days is idealExperience selling into schools or the wider education space is idealCandidates with a wider link to the education space will also be consideredMust have a valid UK driving licenseBased in the UKBusiness Development Manager PackageBasic salary: £32,000OTE: +£10,000 (uncapped)Work iPhone & iPad provided25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional 2-week break over Christmas & New YearBirthday day offPension optionsHealthcare optionsRemote opportunity
