A major global quick-service restaurant brand is looking to appoint a Senior Delivery Partnerships Manager to strengthen and grow relationships with its key delivery partners, including the leading UK aggregators. This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can operate confidently with senior stakeholders, balance commercial and operational priorities, and influence effectively across a complex matrix.The position will suit someone with experience in QSR, delivery, operations, or field services who is used to managing large third-party operators and driving performance through partnership rather than authority.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Partner Management• Lead day-to-day relationships with major delivery aggregators• Build strong, collaborative partnerships and educate partners on operational expectations• Hold partners accountable for service levels, courier standards, and delivery performance• Influence partners to expand coverage, extend trading hours and invest in marketing activityCommercial & Strategic Planning• Co-develop annual Joint Business Plans with each partner• Align commercial targets, KPIs, marketing programmes and operational goals• Analyse delivery performance and present insights to senior stakeholders• Support negotiations and ensure agreements drive sustainable growthOperational & Technical Collaboration• Work closely with Tech teams on platform updates, product builds and new feature launches• Partner with Operations, Field Services and restaurant teams to support delivery execution• Track and challenge performance against key SLAs and address issues promptlyStakeholder Engagement• Engage and influence franchisee business owners where required• Present confidently to senior leadership across UK and international markets• Represent the brand externally in reviews, forums and partnership discussionsTeam Leadership• Manage and develop a direct report, building capability and supporting long-term growthRequired Experience• Strong background in QSR, delivery, operations or multi-site field roles• Proven experience managing high-value vendors, suppliers or third-party operators• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills• Strong commercial judgement and ability to interpret data to drive decisions• Confident working independently within a large, complex business• Strong negotiation and communication skills
