Home Investment Customer Liaison Officer£32,972 to £ 36,635 per annum (depending on experience)Home based with occasional travelPermanent Join our growing team as a Home Investment Customer Liaison OfficerWe're looking for a friendly, organised and people-focused Home Investment Customer Liaison Officer to support customers receiving planned investment works across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and surrounding areas.There's never been a better time to join us. You'll be helping us invest in people and places to create a stronger, more sustainable future, acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their planned improvement works.What You'll Be Doing:Supporting customers throughout the full improvement works journey.Providing information, answering questions, and encouraging customer participation in the investment programme.Working closely with the delivery team to arrange survey appointments and help contractors gain access to homes.Visiting customers after works are completed to ensure they're satisfied, understand new systems, and are signposted to additional support if needed.Helping create clear resource materials to support customers through retrofit works.What we're looking for: Knowledge of construction and/or property managementCustomer focussed with excellent communication skills and experience of working with contractors and consultantsExperience of working with and supporting customers, such as housing tenantsExperience of working with data and information systemsKnowledge of sustainability and/or energy efficiency would be desirableDriving licence and use of own vehicle or alternative means of getting to required locations to undertake home visits and attend other Group officesAbility to work outside of normal office hours as requiredThis role is home-based, with occasional travel across Worcestershire and Herefordshire to conduct customer visits upon completion of works.
