Join our growing team as a Home Investment Customer Liaison Officer

We're looking for a friendly, organised and people-focused Home Investment Customer Liaison Officer to support customers receiving planned investment works across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and surrounding areas.

You'll be helping us invest in people and places to create a stronger, more sustainable future, acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their planned improvement works.

Providing information, answering questions, and encouraging customer participation in the investment programme.
Working closely with the delivery team to arrange survey appointments and help contractors gain access to homes.
Helping create clear resource materials to support customers through retrofit works.

Customer focussed with excellent communication skills and experience of working with contractors and consultants
Experience of working with and supporting customers, such as housing tenants
Experience of working with data and information systems
Driving licence and use of own vehicle or alternative means of getting to required locations to undertake home visits and attend other Group offices
Ability to work outside of normal office hours as required

This role is home-based, with occasional travel across Worcestershire and Herefordshire to conduct customer visits upon completion of works. Up to 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with the opportunity to buy and sell leave.
