As a Trustee, you will have the opportunity to:Shape the future of a national charity during a period of significant change.Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of our 2025+ Strategy.Help strengthen governance and champion the rights of vulnerable people.Gain personal and professional development through Board-level experience.Skills and Experience We are seeking three new Trustees with expertise in one or more of the following areas:Finance – ideally with experience in financial oversight or charity finance at board or senior level.Human Resources – typically at executive or board level.Commissioning, Audit & Risk, or Digital Transformation.We welcome applications from individuals who share our vision and values and can bring diverse perspectives.Commitment Term: Three years, renewable up to six years.Approximately one day per month (Board meetings, committees, AGM, and strategic away day).Most meetings are held remotely by Teams however approximately two per year will be held in person, usually these are the AGM and away days.The closing date for applications is 12th December 2025 with interviews to be held early January 2026.An Enhanced DBS check and National Offender Management Service vetting will be conducted for this position.
