The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Head and the Founder to execute marketing campaigns, manage events, and maintain social media presence. Key responsibilities include community engagement management, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, assisting with office administration tasks, and responding to PR queries. The Communication and Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in promoting Filming for Humanity's mission and projects effectively. They should be creative, proactive, and able to work independently from home. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for humanitarian work are essential for success in this role.What will you be doing?We are looking for a Marketing & Communication volunteer to help and support with campaigning, event management and social media marketing. Working with the founder, you are the number 2 of the charity and you will be able to present ideas for the overall marketing strategy.The role is flexible and you can work from home, however, we will require your help on filming day on stage (all expenses paid) which is currently once a month (the next filming day is the 27th and 28th of April in London).The details of your roles include but are not limited to Marketing campaigns creating and executing marketing campaigns that promote our movies, membership platform and charities. This can involve tasks such as market research, developing creative assets, managing budgets, and analysing metrics. Content creation producing high-quality content that resonates with the target audience. This may include blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, videos, and more. Marketing strategy developing and maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing channels. This involves creating brand guidelines, monitoring brand mentions, and working with other teams to ensure brand consistency. Event management planning and executing events that promote our initiative and the charity we're partnering with. This may include filming days, castings, galas, film premieres, service launches, and other charitable events.This is an exciting opportunity for someone that loves movies and arts. We are looking for someone able to work at least 10 hours a week and might be able to join the team as a full-time employee in the future.
