Learn more about our Company, our People and our Values: https://www.ansell.com  Key Account Manager Alternate Care & Non-OR – United Kingdom  Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Key Account Manager Alternate Care & Non-OR based in the United Kingdom to join the Commercial EMAP Medical Europe/ANZ team. As a member of the Ansell team, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth across non-acute care settings, including dental practices, veterinary clinics, ambulatory surgery centres, long-term care facilities, dialysis clinics, home health providers, and physician offices. In addition, this role leads Project Eagle, a strategic initiative designed to accelerate growth across EMEA and ANZ. If you have a proven track record in account management, sales, or business development in the healthcare or PPE industry, you might be the next colleague we are looking for  Please note that no relocation assistance will be provided for this position.  What will your role be?  Working in collaboration with regional sales teams and reporting to the Regional Senior Manager, the National Key Account Manager Alternate Care & Non OR will: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in alternate care settings   Hire and develop new distribution partners to strengthen presence and reach   Develop business plans with clear targets and reporting mechanisms   Drive the One Ansell approach to meet customer needs across hospital settings   Achieve or exceed sales targets for PPE and medical products   Develop strategies to turn alternate care into a sustainable growth engine   Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements   Serve as the primary contact for escalations, product education, and supply chain issues   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service   Provide training and product demonstrations when needed   Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities   Identify new business opportunities and share insights with leadership   Partner with marketing, product managers, and supply chain teams   Support product launches and promotional campaigns   Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance   Provide regular reports on account performance and customer feedback What will you bring to Ansell? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development   Experience in supporting and developing channel partners   Strong stakeholder engagement and business judgment   Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects   Ideally experienced in Health & Safety / PPE / Protective Equipment industry   Strong understanding of Alternate Care and Acute Settings   Proven relationship-building and project management skills   Demonstrated sales success and strategic thinking   Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills   Analytical mindset with ability to generate actionable insights   Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus   Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and assigned territories   Ability to join meetings outside of normal business hours and attend regional conferences Why join Ansell?
