We’re hiring a Head of Demand Generation to own the full-funnel engine that creates and accelerates pipeline. You’ll reach our 10k target accounts, lead high-performance digital programs, build ABM at scale, and spark growth in new regions starting with Germany.Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:Owning the end-to-end demand generation strategy to deliver a consistent flow of high-quality inbound opportunitiesEnabling SDRs and Sales with content, tools, and comms to drive quality outboundDefining lead, MQL, and SQL targets aligned to SDR capacity and revenue goalsBuilding and continuously optimising multi-channel programs across PPC, paid social, SEO, retargeting, display, content syndication, partnerships, and ABMOwning Beauhurst’s discoverability in LLM-driven environments and semantic searchCollaborating with RevOps to get attribution, tracking, and funnel measurement rightDesigning segmented email and nurture ecosystems by industry, persona, and lifecycle stageLeading ABM motions across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many with tight SDR partnershipCreating integrated campaigns that blend content, events, and paid activity, plus co-marketing partnershipsLeading and coaching a growing team, and aligning with Product on messaging and content We’re looking for someone with:Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand gen, growth, or performance marketingProven pipeline impact in account-based or enterprise GTM modelsDeep expertise across PPC, SEO, paid social, retargeting, and syndicationExperience building SEO strategies for generative AI and LLM visibility, or the drive to pioneer itStrong command of marketing automation, data, and ROI analysisExperience managing agencies, publishers, and media budgets Nice to have:Hands-on use of LLM-driven or AI-enabled targeting and personalisation toolsBackground in data, analytics, or intelligence-led SaaSFamiliarity with HubSpotWe offer a competitive package, plus:💰 A stake in the company: Substantial options scheme to share in the growth you help create🩺 Healthcare: Our health cash plan covers day-to-day health and wellness needs💝 Free therapy: Sessions with hand-picked counsellors, all on us🎓 Professional development: Training and learning opportunities covered by us🎉 Events: Company-wide parties, Friday drinks, and regular team socials🚅 Travel support: Season ticket loans, free railcards, and cycle to work scheme🍪 Clubs: From reading to padel, bouldering to biscuits — there’s a subsidised club for youIf you’re excited to build a category-leading engine and scale our impact, we’d love to hear from you.
