Wates Property Services is seeking a Technical Services Manager to deliver excellence in M&E services, compliance, and projects across our national portfolio.What You’ll DoLead and manage engineering teams delivering M&E services, compliance, and operating frameworks.Oversee Extra Works and M&E/Fabric projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Drive leadership and development of direct reports, ensuring mandatory training and succession planning.Manage the supply chain, negotiating best value, ensuring compliance with Avetta and Construction Line, and conducting performance reviews.Support account teams with MI reporting, KPI presentations, and stakeholder engagement.Build strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring high standards of satisfaction and service delivery.What We’re Looking ForProven experience delivering high-quality hard M&E services in a client-driven, multi-site environment.Strong engineering background with professional qualifications and practical experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Gas trades.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance frameworks.Ability to travel nationally as required.Why Join Wates?Be part of a leading property services provider committed to sustainability and excellence.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career progression and professional development.Ready to make an impact?
