You will be fluent German speaking and both written and verbal, ideally to A2/B1 certifiedJob Responsibilities:-Should be able to read, write provided text in recommended format within this role for Real Time Incidents; Project ensures Maps Data is current and up to date per real timeStrong in German & English Grammar: Articulation, Sentence StructureAble to coordinate and swap between multiple workflows and adapt to a fast paced environmentStrong Web-Research ability ie analyzing and interpreting patterns and trendsRecording findings by taking written notes and using appropriate softwareSkills ideally required:- Excellent Communication Skills in both French and English (Read, Write , email etiquette )Have a good understanding of all forms of public transportSkilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languagesKeen attention to detailSelf-motivatedQGIS skills are preferableSecond language (Good to have either French or Spanish)1 year technical support and/or other problem solving experience preferred, not necessaryAble to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasksAdaptable and able to learn new projects and processesGood Judgment and decision making capabilityEducational background: Any Graduate ideallyCustomer service background (Communications team), but not necessaryAt GlobalLogic, we have a phenomenal track record of successfully delivering ground-breaking Cloud & Digital Transformation programmes and we have an international reach working with a wide variety of projects and customers.
