IT Support Analyst (Contractor)
to join their
London office
on a
hybrid basis (2–3 days per week onsite)
.

The Role:

  • Build, configure, and deploy laptops & end-user devices
  • Provide
    Tier 1 & Tier 2 support
    across hardware, software & networks
  • Support
    onboarding/offboarding
    and AV/collaboration tools
  • Manage IT inventory & assist with process improvements
  • Work with Technical Specialists to resolve complex issues

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience supporting
    Windows & Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting & customer service skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • 0–2 years' IT support experience (corporate preferred)
