We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Analytics Manager to lead the charge in shaping our commercial strategy through advanced analytics.In this pivotal role, you’ll provide decision support intelligence that maximises customer growth, retention, and profitability across the B2B Enterprise market.If you thrive on solving complex challenges and influencing senior stakeholders, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.Salary – Up to £70,000 per annum dependant on experience plus 15% discretionary bonusLocation – Hull, Carr Lane (with travel as required)Advert Closing Date – 9th December 2025We may close the advert early if we receive strong interest, so don’t waitInterview Dates - To be confirmed after advert closing dateKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate forecasting and reporting on net adds, churn, and volume activity using Excel and Power BI.Analyse churn patterns and behaviours to develop proactive retention strategies.Evaluate sales and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise go-to-market approaches.Drive ARPU and margin growth by analysing customer cohorts, cost structures, and value drivers.Develop predictive models for churn and upgrade propensity to inform targeted initiatives.Collaborate with data, finance, and digital teams to centralise data requirements and enhance analytics capability.Ensure robust data governance and quality standards across all reporting and modelling activities.Monitor and report on core metrics to support commercial, sales, and marketing teams in achieving strategic objectives.EssentialCandidate RequirementsProven experience in advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting within a B2B or Enterprise environment.Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar platforms).Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.Highly analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.PreferredExperience in telecoms, IT, or service-based industries.Knowledge of data governance principles and predictive modelling techniques.Familiarity with ARPU, margin analysis, and customer lifetime value modelling.Perks And Benefits28 days holidays plus bank holidaysExcellent Pension Scheme with generous employer contributionsVolunteering daysLife Assurance and Income ProtectionCorporate Discount schemesWe support hybrid and remote workingA variety of health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits to choose fromAbout UsKCOM goes beyond broadband—for us it's about community, innovation, and commitment.
