Take pride in sharing what you know.If you see something that needs doing, roll up your sleeves and get it done.Remember, at some point, you did something for the first time.Required skills and experience:You do not need to meet every single criteria below to apply, please submit your CV if you think you'd be a good fit for the role.Experience of performing a technical role within the ServiceNow eco-systemExperience of administrating one or more ServiceNow instancesExperience in configuring, customising and creating integrations on the ServiceNow platform are desirableA track record of delivering quality work to defined timescales to different stakeholdersGood communicator and approachable with good written English skillsAbility to effectively communicate with non-technical people about requirements, technical problems and identifying potential solutionsExperience of scripting and debugging in one or more of the following: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, REST, ideally in ServiceNowKnowledge of multiple ServiceNow applications across the platform - ITSM and moreUnderstanding of Service Management best practice - ITILAdept and providing and delivering feedbackDelivering work using agile methodologiesAble to take responsibility for own learning and demonstrate examples where this has been doneServiceNow CSA certification would be beneficial, but is not essentialKey ResponsibilitiesDelivering solutions which contain high quality ServiceNow code and developmentEnsuring your work delivered adheres to industry and UP3 best practice standardsDevising and scoping solutions to customer requirementsWork closely with engagement managers and customers to deliver in an agile methodologyProviding functional and technical skills to document and configure customer requirementsDelivering high quality ServiceNow code and customisationMaintaining a high level of documentation for coding/customisationDevising solutions to predicted problems and evaluating optionsCombining all elements of the ServiceNow design and testing its performanceIncreasing application operating efficiency and adapting to new requirements as requiredAssisting with system testing and UATProviding advice and guidance to customers on the best approaches for implementing ServiceNow in terms of: ITIL best practice, ServiceNow best practice, Industry trends and use of ServiceNowKeeping abreast of industry trends in Service Management and developments in the ServiceNow portfolioSharing of best practices and knowledge with colleaguesWhere required perform demonstrations of work developedWhat's in it for you?Career development and progression – we invest in our people and actively promote from within.Work for an established, respected player.
