Job Title: Production Planning Capability LeadLocation: PortsmouthSalary: Up to £64,000 depending on skills and experienceWhat You’ll Be DoingResponsible for SQEP capability development and evidence for Maritime Services Manufacturing and Operations staff, across geographically located sites by ensuring suitable SQEP assessments, checks, documentation and reviews are consistently utilisedProvide a competence and skills views for a 5 to 10 years that will be embedded into future Manufacturing resourcing strategies.
