What you’ll do :


  • Office Operations : Support the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office, including maintaining a tidy and organised environment, managing kitchen and meeting room cleanliness. You'll also be responsible for covering whilst the Office Manager is on leave.
  • Administrative Support : Provide diary management, scheduling, report preparation, and minute-taking for the Office Manager and senior management team.
  • Expense Management : Process and manage expense claims for staff.
  • Travel & Event Coordination : Book travel and accommodation, and organise office events.
  • IT Support : Act as the first point of contact for basic IT issues.
  • Visitor & Call Management : Welcome and greet visitors, handle email inquiries, answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required.
  • Meeting Room Management : Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure meetings are properly serviced (e.g., providing drinks).
  • Mail & Deliveries : Assist with sorting and delivering incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.


What you’ll bring :


  • Relevant experience: Ideally 3-5+ years' experience working in a similar office or administrative role.
  • Strong time management skills : Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to occasionally push back and take ownership of priorities when needed.
  • Problem-solving : Use initiative to propose effective solutions to challenges.
  • Autonomous & team-oriented : Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating as part of a small team.
  • Professionalism : Maintain a smart, business-like approach to both work and appearance.
  • Attention to detail : Ensure accuracy in all tasks and outputs.
  • Technical skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate-level Excel.
