More About Your Role   

We are looking for a Senior team administrator to be based out of our Gray's Inn Road office with a mixture of home working. You will be providing a comprehensive administrative support to the Developments Executive and Central Team. Reporting to the Developments Executive Assistant to take instructions on required task and support the requirements of the Group Managing Director of Developments.

Our gateway processes and the skills we desire are essential for this role, which include - Organisation of gateway meetings, including upload of gateway documents onto system, tracking gateway actions and follow up to ensure actions are closed out in timely manner. Timely issue and tracking of Gateway approval documentation. Integral member of the team to assist with roll out of new gateway system processes and systems, ensuring all trackers are up to date. Support the Head of Legal with the organisation of contract signing, witnessing of documents, and ensuring final signed documents are uploaded onto Developments system.

More About You   

To be successful in this role it will be essential that you have experience in Housing/Developments working in an administrative role and working with Exec members.

It is desirable that you will be a self-starter who has a decisive mindset and who can make decisions. We also need you to understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality in this role.
