Job Description

Permanent – Marketing Manager – Based in St Helens - Hybrid


Salary up to £35k – Great Opportunity to work in a stand-alone Marketing role

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee all marketing campaigns across multiple social media channels for 4 business products and services
  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
  • Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
  • Manage and coordinate marketing literature
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
  • Brainstorm ideas for new email campaigns, using Zoho
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager to produce effective marketing & sales strategies
  • Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
  • Ad hoc projects as and when required
  • Design and order company branded merchandise

Skills Required:

  • Must have experience working in a similar Marketing/Social Media role
  • Able to work in a stand-alone role
  • Extensive social media experience (facebook, tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and email campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience of working in a b2b sector would be preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools


Monday -Friday 8.30am-5pm - 1 day from home
