This management role will see you leading a small team of Finance Analysts and Cost Accountants striving for your team to deliver complete partnering support. Being comfortable to be in and amongst the operation, working with line managers in the business getting into the detail and thinking around the daily challenges every manufacturing business faces.
Manage risks and opportunities proactively
Ensure the systems in place are effective for the finance team for future demands on the business.
Contribute to the planning and budgeting process for the Group
Assist with the integration of the finance module as part of the business wide S&OP process
Previous Finance support roles understanding the demands that come with deadline driven manufacturing environments.
Demonstrable leadership and team building ability through ownership and accountability.
A good communication with the interpersonal skills to develop key relationships across the business and the wider Group.
Working within larger businesses with multiple sites - desirable not essential.
Emotional intelligence, able to integrate well with teams and lead effectively.
This site is part way through a change process, and this is a critical appointment for the team to continue their collaboration with other departments and an opportunity for someone to make their mark in this successful, positive and growing business.
