* Total Earning Potential: £25,000 base salary + bonus (earnings can exceed £31,000+ depending on performance)

Job Overview: As an Outbound Sales Executive at Travelnest, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our network of short-term holiday rental owners. You'll be a driving force in supporting Travelnest's growth strategy, helping hosts maximise their rental potential, expected to convert 2-3 prospects per day.
Independence: You manage your schedule and sales lead effectively, ensuring you stay on track to hit your targets.
* Target-Focused: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets.
* Initiate conversations with prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend how our products can help meet those needs.
* Schedule calls with prospects, drive productivity, and ensure you hit your daily sales targets.
* Offer helpful insights and support to increase the likelihood of a successful sale.
* Sales experience, particularly in the technology or SaaS sector, is a plus.
* A dedicated home workspace with reliable, high-quality Wi-Fi.
* Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French is a bonus (but not required).
* CRM Experience: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is beneficial, but not essential.
