  • Evidence of engagement with and convincing of senior stakeholders including c-suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written into all levels of the organisation.

Business Development Experience:

  • Evidence of an extensive network of associates and contacts developed over your successful delivery career and of ongoing engagement of this network.
  • Evidence of the identification and landing of business.
  • Evidence of successfully account managing a client over an extended period/several assignment.

  • Identify opportunities for growth in existing customer organisations, partnering to create breakthrough account plans.

Education and training

  • A record of continuous professional development
  • Ideally a degree level, within a technology or business discipline
  • Relevant professional qualifications (such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board – BCS ISTQB – Or the equivalent gained through practical experience)
  • Scaled agile qualification

We offer you:

The opportunity to work in a diverse and international environment with an informal culture, with a flat hierarchy, in which we cooperate across business areas and levels. We care about results, first and foremost. We care about people and how we can constantly challenge each other to become better. Your background is less important to us than your ability to create results, to create change. We prize excellence and ingenuity but know that both have to be grounded in reality. The reality of making our clients ready for the future.
