Salary: £45,628+depending on skills and experience What you’ll bedoing:
  • Effectively manage a team of up to 8engineers on a daily basis with a strong focus on training andpersonal development
  • Managing, developing and leading your ownteam of engineers
  • Establishment of procedures for monitoringand control of the PCM (Product Configuration Management)process Measurement and assessment of the PCMprocesseffectiveness Identifying the configuration of selectedwork products that compose the baselines at given points intime Building and maintaining specifications tobuild work products from the configuration management system anddeliver on deadlines to internal and externalcustomers Including and providing accurate statusand current configuration data to developers, end users, customersand Stakeholders

The SupportEngineering Product ConfigurationTeam: In this vibrantengineering team their key role is to collate, configure and manageall data articles that all assets on the submarine can use toprovide life support to the end product. You will work closely withall Engineering teams, Supply Chain, Testing and Commissioning, theMOD and wider Integrated Combat Systems teams.
