About the team and the mission


This role is a part of the Global Operations team that supports NIIT’s customer(s) to deliver outstanding service(s).

As a Training Co-Ordinator, you will be working with Client partner directly to ensure there is no delay in the deliveries and enhance their experience


Our team mission is to have people grow in a caring and business efficient environment.

We all work together on a common project with part of the team based in India.


As a training operations coordinator, you will be reporting to the training operations manager.

You will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders coordinating training sessions delivery. You will master and oversee all activities within service.


You will work closely, and in partnership with the customer’s learning delivery team.


Your role


· Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,

· Be the point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors to coordinate the planification of training sessions,

· Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, cancellation where required,

· Control and validate training agreements and ensure they are signed by both client and external vendors,

· Organize the training sessions according to trainees’ expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,

· Share instructor information with site security as needed,

· Communicate and inform employees about opening dates of training sessions,

· Calibrate and coordinate with Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.

· Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required,

· Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool


Experience and Skills

· 2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations,

· Exposure to an international work environment

· Customer service-oriented posture is a must

· Team player

· Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts

· Attention to details, structured and organized, capable to prioritize activities

· Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM

· Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage

· Fluent in French and English are a mandatory requirement

· Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
